• Projects are billed according to the proposal approved by the client.
  
• Standard payment structure: 30% advance, 40% mid-way, and 30% upon delivery.
  
• All invoices are payable within the timeframe mentioned on the invoice.
  
• Payments must be made via approved payment methods listed on the invoice.
  
• Taxes, if applicable, will be charged as per regional laws.
  

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or delay of work until outstanding amounts are cleared.

We aim to provide complete satisfaction with our services. However, revisions are subject to the limits agreed upon in the proposal.

Any additional revisions, new requests, or scope changes may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

• Refunds are not applicable once project work has started.
  
• In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed based on the unutilized portion of the project fee.
  
• Project cancellations requested after initiation will incur charges proportional to the work completed.

Upon termination, all fees for completed work will become immediately due and payable.
